I am a Learning & Talent Development professional with experience managing enterprise leadership, talent development, and performance management initiatives. With over five years of experience in education & the L&D field, I have a passion for creating highly engaging, creative, and collaborative learning experiences that challenge learners' preconceptions and build valuable skills.

My background is a mix of domestic and international practice, having lived and worked in the U.S., Italy, and Kuwait. I also speak basic Spanish, up to a limited working proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading. My domain knowledge spans borders as well, having held roles in education, tourism/hospitality, customer service, energy, and transportation. I have taken courses in project management, instructional design, and online course creation, which enable me to design and deliver effective and efficient learning solutions. My professional interests include leadership development, DEIB, internal career mobility, organizational development, and upskilling.
